Prognosis assist clients in defining and driving their deployment strategy for the successful launch of a software solution, with success largely defined by two key metrics: system performance and user acceptance.
To drive system performance, we will:
- Define performance metrics and recommend measurement collection & reporting techniques.
- Define monitoring, alerting, problem management and reporting tools and techniques, and assist in their instantiation.
- Define hosting and/or ‘cloud’ computing strategies and assist in evaluating ROI.
- Define and assist in implementing a Help Desk strategy and associated knowledge base.
- Assist in development of Failover and Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP).
To drive user acceptance, we will:
- Derive a Communications Strategy & Plan, to inform users throughout the development lifecycle of upcoming system capabilities and to drive user involvement and feedback.
- Derive a Data Conversion strategy & Plan so that on ‘Day 1,’ required data is available in the system.
- Derive and implement a Training Plan, so that usage (which drives system adoption) is maximized.
- Define and implement reporting, to provide management required information to run the business.
